If you are developing a strata property and it is nearing completion, we would love to help you. Just give us a call. All we will need is a copy of the Plan of Subdivision, ownership details for the property, and we will also consult with you about the value of the property for insurance purposes.

In the meantime, the initial owner needs to be aware of the obligations under section 68 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and the documents that must be provided at the first meeting of the Owners Corporation according to section 67 of the Act.
